Shrimp Primavera Pasta with Asparagus, Peas, and Leeks



 

Rachel Ray has done it again...made this last night and really like the light tasting garlicky lemon flavor of this dish. I got her book from the library and made many delicious dinners from it.
It is called Rachel Ray's Book of 10: More Than 300 Recipes to Cook Every Day.
She did the legwork for you because she picks her best rated dishes for each section.
