When I was cutting the cauliflower, I chuckled to myself: "Hey this looks like a slice of brain on a CT scan!" You know your a nurse when you are amused by that! I enjoy following the Green Kitchen Stories Food Blog (link is above with the recipe).

I always use a recipe as the template and then change things up...
I used 4c. vegetable stock instead of diluting it with water and canned white kidney beans, which makes the recipe even easier and quicker!
