Chewy Coconut Cookies

So technically these are called 'candies' as opposed to a true cookie, but they are easy to make and delicious.

I think I added too much condensed milk so go easy. When they are baking the monds all melted together, so I worked quickly while they were still warm with a spatula and seperated them back into individual units.

Layered Mexican Dip

How many layers? .....as many as you want!

I usually start with a taco seasoned sour cream, salsa, guacamole, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes & lots of cheeeeeese.
